The Magical Benson Boone

BENSON BOONE
Benson Boone is poetry & vocal magnificence.

I have to say that I was a bit late to the show, as they say.
The first time I heard his music was a clip on a social of a toddler belting out the lyrics to Beautiful Things in his living room.
I was intrigued.
And then I saw another toddler belting the same song, at the top of her lungs, while on a speed boat with her family.
Now, I still have not seen Benson, nor have I heard the entire song thus far; so, I Googled him.
I watched his music video and was like, ok nice, I like it...
I found another video of him opening for a Taylor Swift concert in the UK, and he does flips to boot!
The song Beautiful Things is a relatable melody, his voice is crazy good & his stage presence is unique & captivating.
He reminds me a bit of Freddie Mercury you know. Which in itself is pretty fantastic. Not in a million years did I envision anyone actually pulling off similar mannerisms as Freddie Mercury. yet Benson Boone pops up out of nowhere, a showman, making similar moves, entirely his own version, & nailing it.
It's hard to look away from his performance to be honest, he's an amazingly talented artist.
So, I see what the fuss is about, but I'm still curious as to why the young kids are just as hooked as everyone else.
Is the tune so different that they grasp the feelings it provokes, the passion one so young normally wouldn't embody?
I'll see if I can't find a couple videos to post.

It's fascinating & maybe someone, somewhere, should study the wondrous craze of the kids.
Now that I've seen & heard almost all of his music, I have a guilty enjoyment watching YouTube videos of musicians listening to Beautiful Things for the 1st time.
Watching their reaction, the respect of his vocals, the poetry of his lyrics, & the unusual tempo changes that are the magic of his music, is pretty cool.

These are professionals that are blown away by his vocal range & the deep feelings his music conjures in them.

I like watching the visual expression of awe cross their faces.
I mean, I & and few million are loving his music, his strut, & his talent of nailing a flip while sing a song; but I have more respect for this phenomenal artist after watching other musicians listening to him sing for the 1st time or watch him preform on stage.
